What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges. However, if something is wrong with your order, please contact us at info@uw-wear.net, and we’ll make it right.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for wrong or damaged items. If this applies, email us at info@uw-wear.net with photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we’ll handle it for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsure about sizing, check out our size charts in the product descriptions.
In rare cases of a mislabeled item, contact us at info@uw-wear.net within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We’ll send you a new item or issue a refund.
